delivery

UK Deliveries:

Small items will be dispatched within 3 days of the order being received. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery by courier of large or delicate items (such as mirrors). To keep delivery costs down and reduce our carbon footprint, we group our courier deliveries together.

If items are required ASAP, please get in touch and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Some items may require a signature upon delivery. Larger items will be shipped by courier to kerbside delivery.

International Deliveries:

Maud Vaughan offers international delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for smaller items. For large items, where delivery is not quoted at checkout, please get in contact for a quote.

returns

If your purchase does not fulfil your requirements, we can provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding all transportation costs), providing the item is returned to us in it's original condition and within fourteen days of your receipt of it.

If we are asked to store your items for more than 2 weeks, please note that the returns policy will no longer be valid.

packaging

Where possible and practical we use recyclable packaging. For items delivered by courier, we aim to deliver packaging free, with each item being carefully wrapped in blankets, which are then removed by the couriers on delivery. Please note courier delivery is to ground floor only.
